Grange Park Art Group learns new skills to work alongside with Grumpy to make decorations for the Chinese New Year community event for New East Manchester.
Young people from the Wai Ying Youth Group hand made nine Chinese Lanterns to cover the lamps for the Grange Park Resource Centre walkway. These beautiful lanterns were created and made from Grumpy recycled materials and scraps.
