Manchester Day Parade

Grumpy helped celebrate Manchester Day Parade with a walking city. All the costumes and buildings were made with help from the children who attended our Aiming High sessions, the children and parents from S.P.I.K.E and the Duchy Estate

Following the theme of 'A Voyage of Discovery' buildings were created from recycled materials creating a mish-mash of past, present, future and fantasy.

Other pictures of the parade can be viewed here.

Many thanks to everyone at Walk The Plank, Pete Jackson, Maggie McManus, Dave Fraser, Steve Coles and everyone else involved for making it a fantastic day!
